Every so often I come across a good buy on a piano. One of my customers in the greater Cincinnati area has a wonderful Kimbal 5' 2" grand for sale. The piano was built in 1951. It is a beautiful mahogany grand and the case is in excellent condition. I personally have tuned the piano on a regular basis and I restored the action back to factory specifications in early December of 2011. This piano is mint condition. I have posted pictures below.
At this time the customer is asking $10,000 negotiable. If you would like to see and play this piano for yourself, please contact me and we can make arrangements. You have my word as a professional piano technician that this piano will last you for years and is in "like new" condition.
To view the pictures below, click on the picture and it will enlarge for your convince. You can then click right or left to advance the pictures. There are five of them. The color on the case is a dark red mahogany.
Here is a bit of history on the piano. Its original owner was a restaurant in the Clifton area of Cincinnati called The Busy Bee. It was opened in 1954 on Ludlow Ave. The restaurant is still open today.
My customer purchased the piano in 1992 from the Baldwin Piano Company as a used piano. After it was purchase, my customer hired a professional refinisher who restored the case to perfection.
Anyone who owns will piano will be thrilled with the looks and sound.
